What about Karl?

I would like to know about Karl. Where was he born? When did he come to the island? Who are his parents? Why did Ben bring Karl's parents or Karl to the island? Is Karl "special"? If his parents are on the island, why would they let Ben torture him? I ask you, would you let someone torture Jay? I think not. (FYI: I know that no one can have any true power over Ben, so he wanted to torture your kid you would have to "let" him.)

The only underage people we have seen in current island time are Karl, Alex, Aaron, Walt, and the two from the tail section. Yet only Karl is a real mystery to us... How sad.

Also. Jack. I did like Karl. In fact, he was becoming one of my favorite characters. It's too bad that he was such a mystery.

Haven't listened to the show yet so I don't know what this is about. But I have every confidence into the writers that we'll learn in some flashback or other more about the origins of Karl.
