Is it me - or am I getting a little conspiracy-ish? Are they not just giving the whole balloon thing away just a little too easy? The promo pics - the preview for next week? I would have thought the creators would have kept the "Secret of Henry" a little bit better.
I am thinking that Henry - no matter how much evidence to the contrary - is one of the "DHARMA Others" but they are holding that twist for the end of the season.
What do you think?

I kept thinking the same thing. Then I'm like well maybe they want me to think that and Henry really is just a normal dude... Then I thought maybe they knew I would think that and maybe he really is an other. Then I passed out on the floor and dreamed about my sister getting eaten by the munster and took that as a sign to not fret over their stupid and seemingly spoilerific previews anymore.
I still think he's an other. God I hope he is an other or what the heck... I'll feel really stupid or something.

Henry Gale works for Dharma. I don't believe his balloon story. I don't trust the guy.

Henry does work for Dharma... It is a whole big setup for the Final episode.
I really think he is trying to set up a real ambush. He joked about it (if you can call that a joke) to Jack and Locke.
For some reason I think Micheal has something to do with it too...

I am thinking that Henry - no matter how much evidence to the contrary - is one of the "DHARMA Others" but they are holding that twist for the end of the season. I agree. I think that DHARMA has a lot of control of things that happen on the island and that they are pulling strings (whether it is an expiriment, whatever) ... So, I think that eventhough it seems they will find the balloon, Henry is still associated with DHARMA and that they planted the balloon as part of his cover (either that or I do like the idea that it is someone else's balloon and they are just using it in his cover story). Also, the way that Henry shared the story of "... if I was an other ...." was part of the set-up. I believe that Ana Lucia, Sayid and Charlie will find the balloon and that there will not be an ambush. So, Henry told Locke and Jack all of that, knowing that there wouldn't be an ambush, in an attempt to strengthen his cover story.

Ana will give that kill to Sayid. She could "use the points." I think I said this a long time ago, Ana is trying to be as nice as possible to Sayid. We all know how trigger happy she is, so the nicest thing she could do for Sayid is to let him oust Gale instead of her. Kinda messed up, but true.
