No, only Jack and Jack have tallys that they give eachother.
Usually, they give one to eachother whenever one of them has a prediction about Lost that turns out to be true later.
Apparently, they have a board in their studio that they keep track of it on.
And who made that tally board? Dharma!...maybe. Iunno, they make everything else. Playing cards, peanut butter, ranch dressing, glue, "vaccine", syringes for medical injections or Charlie water injections...everything.
But I digress. The point is that they give eachother tallys, to measure who is more right...righter...rightest...or whatever.
