I have to agree with you on the basic tenets of your crackpot theory from the Long Con podcast. My kids and I have wondered for a while who the Dharma person was in each of the chosen character's lives. Like you, we arrived at Christian Shephard.
The rest are not so clear. Susan seems reasonable, esp since it is rare for someone to get a diagnosis and then die within a week while not looking or acting sick. I've seen people come in for their physicals and find out they have a bod full of cancer. Still, they take a month or 6 to die and they go rapidly downhill. Your point about her not being dead is well taken. Bryan could be in on it, too, for that matter.
For Claire, it seems that her artist boyfriend is the one. Charlie's Dharma person? I have no clue. Sun and Jin? Mr. Paik. Hurley? Lenny? Locke? His bio-mom? Sawyer? His con partner? Sayid? Nadia? Eko? Not sure. Ana Lucia? Was she really chosen? Libby? Not sure about her yet.
Any ideas anyone?

I think Charlie's brother Liam worked for Dharma. I also don't think Liam was ever on Heroin.

That would be a very interesting twist. Liam setting up a Long Con of sorts to lure Charlie to Australia to be on that flight. Or else he used the heroin as part of the plan. Like Jack Bauer in 24.
