how do you create a poll? do you need to be a higher level, or something?

Well... If I'm not mistaken,when you go to the section you want the poll to be in, click on the top right corner "new poll", and there you will have to fill in the information...
I'd add a picture I just took but I dont know how maybe I'll have to create a new thread to learn how to do that

To add a picture you'd have to upload it somewhere ... for example on www.photobucket.com ... and then put the url of the picture between these brackets [/img]. [/color]
