I have a WAV recorded on sound recorder. I am a member on libsyn. How do I get the WAV on itunes? (podcast). All conversions to MP3 fail...

You should be able to open your wav file in iTunes and convert it. I do it all the time with no problem.

no with windows ughh, its tougher try downloading something off download.com you can get a free one with unlimited converting #s but a lot have a limited amount. or if you have to (and i mean HAVE to) you might be able to do it in windows media player.
