Is it just me, or did the most recent Lost podcast clear up the whole Jay and Jack relationship? "My daughter, your sister." Or something to this effect. |

I have one half-brother and I don't consider him less a brother than my 'real' brothers. We share the same mother and grew up together after all.
He's just my brother.

Jay and Jack also re-did that scene from Star Wars, where tells us that he is Jay's father. And the share the same last name, as you can see on the picture from the Home Directory at the Lost Podcast Wiki.
This all, and Jack saying 'my wife, your mother' and 'my youngest daughter, your sister' it seems pretty clear that they are father and son.
