When we saw Mr. Friendly with Michael, he only had 3 people with him. So, how did they light all those torches at once?? After the confrontation, they were bringing Michael to Mrs. Klugh, we did not see one person for each torch. Island mystery or production issue?? Also, how did Eko's cross get magnetized?? Aren't most crosses made of gold or silver?? Is the Dharma magnet so powerful that it attracts non-magnetic metals?? Very curious. Just a couple of quick thoughts. Please don't put me back in "The Room" if you disagree

When they were lighting the torchs they could of set up a fuse system so that they would al go off at once just my theory because locke talked about it when they where lighting off the flares to start the trransmittor just my theory BTW

First off, the torches. Mr. Friendly told his minions to get the torches ready because the Michael’s friends were getting close. I thought this sounded like they had to set up some kind of system, not just stand there with a torch. So when they all lit up together like that it could have been any manor of fuse or electronic system to ignite them.
As for the cross. Yes “most” crosses are silver or gold, but that is not a huge majority. Many crosses are made out of far more common metals (and other substances). Pewter, copper, stainless steel, bone, ivory, wood, and more. So the idea that Mr. Eko has a magnetic metal cross (especially considering he and his brother came from a poor parish in Africa) isn’t that hard to believe. In fact, I would have been shocked if he had a fancy gold cross.

Yeah, these are far from inconsistencies.
