Do the ads at the top of the forum correspond to our topics of discussion or is it just coincidence?
The recent list was How to Speak German, Learn French, something about Chinese.

Well, if they're google ads then they correspond to what we're writing about by picking out key words.
I have gmail, which has the text ads beside the emails, and they base the ads on key words in the emails. Which has very amusing consequences sometimes....

Yeah I noticed that too about the ads a couple days ago. Weird. o.O Blah. I don't mean to be a party pooper here though, but ProBoards is really, really icky as far as free boards go. I suggest phpBBcity, if we're gonna go with a free board, but I don't know why I'm ranting about this because if we switched boards, all the users would have to remake their accounts. And that would be bad. Very very bad. And phpBB doesn't have the nifty karma system. OH WAIT. I'm in the FRIGGIN NEGATIVES anyway.  I am overcome with bitterness. But just in case one of the administrators see this post, I was wondering if we could fix up the color scheme on these boards a tad bit? Maybe it's just me, but I'm not a huge fan of the current color scheme. Perhaps something a bit more BAM!? Cha. |

The colors could be better, but I've gotten used to them! It's ok to be bitter...sometimes. It's ok Sunan... *pat pat* "there there."

I was gonna say something about the color scheme too, its kinda hard to see the white text with the light colored background. But I usually just highlight the text and its ok.

I like the board. I used to run a proboards forum back when I ran 5 websites, so even though I'm not brilliant at forums, I was kind of used to it. And I think the colors are fine. Bright colors are not pleasing on the eyes *shrugs*
But whatever you guys decide, I trust you.
