When Claire starts screaming about Ethan being in her flashbacks, why doesn't Libby ask who he is? If I saw a girl screaming like that about someone, I'd say "Who is he? What did he do to you?"...also, why did she try to convince her that what she saw wasn't real? I think she got nervous that Claire actually remembered, which she didn't think was possible, and when she knew Claire was out to find the medical hatch, she went and warned Zeke and the gang.

Thats a good theory and it may come true later on. Although to counter-point her lack of curiousity in who Ethan is: she might have been brought up to speed off-screen, on what Ethan did to the survivors. Characters are always communicating with each other off-screen, it saves us boring exposition on-screen. |

True. Maybe someone filled her in. But there's still a lot about her that creeps me out.

CLAIRE: So it was our second week on the island. I was out in the jungle, and I thought I was having the baby. Charlie was with me...and there was this man, Ethan. We thought he was one of us from the plane, but he wasn't. So he took me, he took both us, and uh, I don't remember. I don't remember anything.
I'm pretty sure that was enough information for Libby to realize he was one of the Others. After Claire says that line, Kate pitches in with how they found Charlie hung in the jungle, so Libby has an idea that this was a dangerous guy.
