The heiroglyphs on the timer.

Saw this on other forums, but not this one. If you add a sort of swirl shape where the unknown number was on the timer, you get the words 'to cause to die' aka 'to kill'.

i don't see why the heiroglyphics can't be another countdown of sorts. i mean, we could see a bunch of other heiroglyphs flipping over when the counter was spinning round...

I don't know what significance this has, but I surfed the web and found that the heiroglyphic names also correspond with constellations in space. For example the arrow, aka Sagitta, as a constellation points towards Cygnus, aka the swan www.seds.org/Maps/Stars_en/Fig/sagitta.html

They are all constellations. The mythology behind each constellation may mean something besides what has already been discussed.
