Interesting, since they probably film 3-4 episodes ahead, thus this was very recent. However, this must be a production snafu. Jack's dad has not left for Australia yet, and then he has to die, and Jack has to go there and then get everything in order to leave. They have been on the island 50 days, and november 16 was 63 days ago.... so, that would only leave 13 days for all those things to happen.....
clearly, this was just a mistake....

Like Jin's resume? I think that was done on purpose, too. And in this episode, Sun basically said they've been married for 4 years...I think these might all be clues. But they could be mistakes too. I just thought it was interesting. Edit: There's a post on the Fuselage from Javi about this... i am not sure as i haven't seen the x-ray myself, but i would hazard a guess that it's a production error.
