Just re-watched 1.11, Homecoming - and Jin's question to Sun about the baby's welfare seemed to have a little subtext.

I was just thinking the same thing when they were talkig about the next new eppisode and how Sun's reaction to Jin wanting to go off into the jungle would be strange

Wow nice thinking Matt. I'm not sure why Sun would be pregnant thought if she was going to leave Jin. Unless she thought that Jin would be a bad influence on their child...

Wasn't the subtext so that we could understand the Korean?

I think what matt meant about subtext wasn't like subtitles. I think he meant that it was like an obvious way of suggesting that Sun might be pregnant.

Maybe she is just now going to realize that she is pregnant. I could see her start throwing up and feeling dizzy. She goes to see Jack, and duh! "Well, you're pregnant, Sun."
