But, i downloaded a thing awhile ago about two hours long and it was like a live cast and crew interview. If you know what i mean, anyone have a link to an audio file?.

Are you looking for the Lost Panel of actors and writers who were asked questions from people in the audience and from a moderator? I remeber hearing it as well ... I'll try to find where I heard it.
