For all of you Lost/Food Channel fans out there - and be honest - who isn't - Chef Robert Irvine will be on the set of LOST tonight cooking for the cast and crew. Spoiler Alert - seen in the commercial for the show - Jorge Garcia and Nestor Carbonel. Anyway - for those of us on the East Coast - it's on at 10:00pm tonight.

I have an excuse - I had a medical procedure done yesterday and I don't think the anesthetic was completely gone - I crashed on the couch and next thing I knew I was looking at Jay Leno's ugly mug - NOT recommended

Honestly Nestor and Jorge were barely in the episode. It was mostly just the chef guys, which I really didn't care about, haha. Beth was with Jorge though! And a guy I can only assume was a Sayid stunt double or stand in.

They kept showing that guy and every time, for a brief moment, I would think it was Sayid.

I loved the show. But I love cooking / food shows, which it was more of than it was a Lost show. I hadn't heard of the show until this episode, but now I think I'll start watching it. I loved watching them build their kitchen and summarily find interesting ways to cook the food. It seemed very set up from the hardware store--I think they knew what they'd be doing in advance.

That said, if you're a fan of food shows like myself, plus you're obviously a Lost fan, I'd say check it out. It re-airs this Saturday (at 1pm I think), and I believe it runs again as well.
