Just starting a thread of movies and post what movie you watch last and if its worth seeing or not. it can be in theaters or out on video. I just saw The Crazies. It was alright but could of been better. I would wait for rent to see this. It was decent for a horror movie.

I was interested in seeing The Crazies. Problem is, none of my friends can stomach horror.... A shame.
I saw Shutter Island. It's a good movie, but not for the reveal. Just enjoy the ride as you wait for the main character to catch up to what you already figured out!

Just watched Law Abiding Citizen today and its deffintly worth renting. Its very good and keeps you entertained the whole movie. Jamie Fox did a great job in it and as well as Gerard Butler. A must rent or buy

I wish I had someone to see scary movie with also. The last movie I saw in the thearter was Sherlock Holmes don't get to the movies very much. It was Ok. If your into kind of indie movies and wierd/gross/funny but not suppose to be movies i would suggest the movie Teeth. Bad acting but well worth a watch.

Saw the latest Terry Gilliam film, "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus." Good, not great, but I love the weirdness of his films. Heath Ledger's final performance, finished after his death by Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell. Christopher Plumber as the good doctor, and Tom Waits as the Devil. Can probably wait for video if you're not a fan.

Just saw Alice in Wonderland movie this weekend. It was a great remake. Deffintly worth seeing. Really good for the kids if you have any. Especially in 3D. Johnny Depp always does strange characters in movies and he was perfect for the mad hatter. Dont miss this up.

Saw the Ghost Writer & thought it was worth every penny I paid for admission. Not the most action packed, but great writing, acting, etc. Totally unexpected (in a good way) for the month of March.
Gotta say this though... Polanski as a director - does his job well Polanski personally - whole 'nother story

I saw Alice in Wonderland. Bland at best, I thought. Right there with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

I just saw "Alice" yesterday for the second time I liked it so much. (big Johnny/madhatter fan) I don't really think this whole 3-D mania is necessary though/at least not for "Alice". Now "Avatar" was great in 3-D. Saw that twice also and just reserved it and "Sherlock" on amazon (which I also thought was great-especially the slow-mo, stop action bits they did throughout). Not many more I'm looking forward to now....except the end of LOST because it's driving me crazy!!!!!

Alice was only made into a 3-D movie after the movie was made, unlike Avatar which was shot specifically to be in 3-D.
Clash of the Titans was only made 3-D after the fact, too. In case anyone who wants to see that was debating the extra money for the 3-D...it's something to consider.

Saw How to Train Your Dragon. Very cute, and quite action-packed for a kids movie. I really enjoyed it.
