I just watched episode 10 of season 4 "Something Nice Back Home" and something jumped out at me.

When Jack and Kate are fighting ("you're not even related to him!") and Aaron is standing there watching them he is holding a killer whale, exactly the same as the one in Claire's bag in season 6 episode 3, "What Kate Does".

Crazy huh?
