So, who thinks there is a mole in the original Lostaway's group? Could be Dharma, Widmore, CIA, Four-Toesian, or some other yet to be named group. By mole, I mean someone who was knowledgable either before the crash, or immediately after. I would have liked to include everyone on the poll, but I only had room for 8 choices, so if you pick 'other', please say who it is in the comments.

To start things off, I pick Hurley. I've always been a little suspicious of his too convenient bumblings, especially when he 'accidentally' fired the flare gun, bring Patchy running.

I really like this idea that there could be a mole ... even though there's not a lot of evidence I think it would be really cool. My vote goes for Sawyer (although I don't think he'd be involved with the Others) because, in short, he is/was a con man and you never know what Sawyer is really up to.

Just out of curiosity, am I alone in my belief that Hurley might be a mole?

The old hanso foundations website had a message on a hatch-like computer that said there is a mole. who it may be, i dunno. i would guess bernard, probably.

I don't think there's a mole, but for a little while I was stuck on this "Sayid's been working for Ben the whole time" thing, because it would have been a cool twist. But it doesn't make much sense. It would be cool if there WAS a mole, though. Walt's the mole!

I thought about it some more and need to revise my answer.
Walt's not the mole.
It's VINCENT.
That dog's been working for Jacob, or the island, or SOMEBODY (or some THING) since before he even got on the island.

Wow, the "No Mole" choice has tied for the lead. I just think there has been too many foreshadowings of a mole for there not to be one...

Reviving this tread to add a little evidence to my "Hurley is a mole" theory: Hurley went through the whole episode where he tricks Sawyer into becoming the leader, but then there is no payoff. Jack comes back and starts screwing things up again. But what if Hurley was really preparing him for his stint in Dharmaville?

My vote is for Kate. There has always been something about about the fact that she was the only one who remembered the 815 crash and the mysterious way she returned to get on the Ajira flight without Aaron. Kate seems to have the most baggage and could easily be blackmailed or manipulated into spying for another group. I think Kate has known a lot more than she has let on all along.

Not to mention, Kate is just all-around evil.
