Note to self bring a can opener. lol he's POORLY attempting to make fun of the fact that I needed to get 6 stitches yesterday after mangling my entire finger trying to open a tuna fish can. But it's my middle finger and that's exactly what sticking up straight at him while I type this (plus I can only type with my left hand and my thumb/pinkie fingers on my right so it kinda sticks up anyway). Note how I DID NOT make fun of his broken FACE!

I'm pretty sure I'll be coming down. Let's say...60%. But I'm 90% hopeful, for whatever that's worth. I will send an email soon as I know.

I really want to go, but I don't know if I can afford it. Plus it is a 11 hour drive. Anyone near Pensacola or on the way want to ride together? And anyone want to share a room? Maybe then I can go.

I haven't booked a room yet, but I am planning to once I ask my principal for the Monday after the marathon on. Working on how to word that email.
If anyone wants to drive down with me from the Northern Virginia/DC/Maryland area, let me know. Of if anyone wants to share a room, let me know too.

Wish I could attend. I'll definitely be thinking of you all.
Unfortunately, as I told Colleen, a 3 day plane trip each way and $2500 airfare from Nepal pretty much precludes my attendance this year.

That's kind of a lame excuse. I'm coming all the way from my house. Its' about 2 miles away, the trip one way should be about a $1.00 and you don't see me complaining

She makes it to Comic-Con from the strange land she lives in - but can't make it to Raliegh?? Get those Yak herders to buck up so you can come and see us all on the East Coast ;D
Oh yeah - and bring tuna

The clerk at the hotel had some trouble getting me in for three nights. I was just put on hold a bunch of times, but it all worked out!!!
