Jack, I grew up in San Diego (well, El Cajon - Granite Hills Eagles Class of 1970). My Dad took me to the very first game at the stadium in Mission Valley - Hadl, Alworth...greatness! Bottom line, I HATE L.A. Rams fans used to rag on the Chargers all the time. Do you remember back in 67 when they came to town and absolutely pummeled the hapless Chargers. Deacon Jones and Lamar Lundy were trash talking about how they were going to put Hadl in the hospital. That didn't happen, but they knocked richardie Post out of the game.
Arggh. I hate 'em. I actually celebrated when the Rams left L.A.
