I think doing a versus on medical shows would be cool. Something like Grey's Anatomy vs. ER vs. House.

Haven't checked this thread before, so sorry if it's been mentioned already, but what about a vs. about a dying art, the TV show theme? It could even be divided into comedies (Cheers, MASH, Diffrent Strokes, Facts of Life, The Jeffersons, etc) and dramas (Hawaii Five-O, Rockford Files, Hill Street, Magnum PI, etc). I think that would be fun...

I like that idea. All three shows are good, but ER has stayed around for too long, and I feel like House is sort of a 1 trick show. Everytime there is a mysterious illness, House is mean to someone, and then he or someone on the team has an epiphany and figures out what's wrong. Not saying I don't enjoy watching it from time to time, it's very interesting, but I think they should try to branch out a little more. That said, I'd probably go with Grey's.
