I love just following the Little Sisters and Big Daddies around. They are so creepy but funny to listen to. I can't wait to find out more about them.
Yea this game can get pretty scary. Especially when you play at night in pitch black like I do.

ok well i finished the game last night on medium and wow u get a whole lot of gamers points points (xbox 360) WOW what a crazy ending but i can not spoil anyone sry all i can tell u that u will become a BIG DADDY AND HAVE your very own little sister thats it !!!! but its really like KOTOR every choice of harvesting or saving the little sister depends on the gamer and it chooses the outcome of the game. my only negitive about this game is the muitplayer of xbox live ?. ooo well i still will play it on hard at get that 100 points.
p.s. its kinda short and it only took me 2 days on medium ;D

I got the game during one of my free periods at school. Going to play it right now!
Yep, I pretty much avoided the mad rush that took place in the afternoon. The entire store was packed when I stopped by just to check it out

You can also download the orchestral score for free. Just look around the digg gaming section, but I think it's at the cultofrapture.com site. I'd post the link here, but I need to go kick the crap out of some splicers.
Oh, just my quick thoughts on the game. I think it has a bit of a Silent Hill feel to it. What I mean is that you kind of experience the story and piece it together rather than have it told to you. It also has a bit of the "make your skin crawl" factor as Silent Hill, but not quite as severe. The game is well worth it.

Finally, a game where they actually nailed how I want a fire element to work! So much fun!!! I'm only now just getting to Arcadia, so I'm not that far But on one of the very first audio diaries, I could have sworn I heard... after the explosions went off during the New Year's Day attack, someone yelling "Long live Atlas!!" Perhaps he staged a coup and tried to kill Ryan? Of course, this theory is probably (definitely) wrong, because I hardly know the details of the story just being about 3 levels in. I heard there is a huge twist too It was interesting listening to the other audio diaries that the same person who made the above one recorded. Seems to link her with the game's first boss...another crazy theory of mine... So what is everyone doing about the little sisters?

So what is everyone doing about the little sisters? I'm playing through on medium and saving all the little sisters in order to get that achievement. I'll play it again on hard and harvest the Little Sisters to help out with the increased dificulty. Anybody have any creative ways to take out the Big Daddy's? Earlier tonight I had two in one area, and I doused both of them with Enrage. They proceeded to beat the ever living crap out of each other, and the one left alive only had a small amount of health left.

Heh we both think alike then... As for the BD's, I go Rambo on them with the Electric Buck. With the shotgun upgraded for speed (did that tonight ;D) it is so much easier! But getting more creative...I have done enrage on them as well. I used telekinesis to launch mines I planted from my grenade launcher (why wait for him to trip them?). I set up those electrical trip wires (telekinesis as well). I'm going to look for better ideas later as well. Oh, have you used cyclone + grenade launcher in combo? That is so fun! I set up a mine above a cyclone trap and watch the fireworks I finished the scene in Smuggler's Cove as well....

You mean Arcadia? I'm on that one right now Matt! It is awesome!!! ;D So many secret areas to explore. Plus there is a new enemy introduced...meeting it for the first time was pretty creepy. And then there are some cool scenes in the caves as well Ryan throws a surprise at you...but that made this level all the more interesting And if you do have the game (sorry some of you guys...), be sure to look at a few specific posters on the walls, and listen to the audio diary called "Heroes and Criminals." Very interesting...it basically reveals more stuff about Atlas. The posters are blatantly obvious, the audio diary less so. But still, it seems to suggest there is more about him than meets the eye
