I'm handy in Adobe Illustrator and I think I want a LOST tattoo. I just can't think of one that I want.
Yes, yes I know LOST is a TV show, but it's touched me enough that I think I could carry something from it on my forever. Yes, art can do that to a person. I'm a film major at UNT, so I'm going to be going in this direction anyways. When my life is over I hope that I have a cool collage of tattoos representing each of my successful films, and I want some that show what inspired me to get as far as I have. Like Lost. Rant over, I'm just sick of jerks posting "OH MY GAWD DONT GET A TATTOO ITS THERE YUR HOLE LIFE". It's a tattoo, I get it.
So help me out? I'm thinking a really really good quote, the numbers, a dharma logo, a custom dharma logo, something. Anything!

I'm thinking a custom dharma logo would be neat.
Haven't really a clue though how you would customize it. Maybe something that is dear to your hearth (not a girl, cause, realisticly, that might change) in the middle of the logo.
Or you could also wait a little longer and see what shows up in future episodes of Lost. Maybe some super awesome new symbol/person/thing will show up soon.
Or something completely else.

You should get something that's been there since the beginning. Like the monster. Ha that would be sweet. Or get your favorite character's, like... face. Or eye. But you might want to wait a little with that one because your favorite character might change. I dunno.

I have actually thought of a Lost tattoo, and I know I am not much of a tattoo guy. But the one I thought for me at least get the numbers on my inside lip.
But as for a tattoo I think it depends on where you want to get it.
So where is it you plan on having it.

I want it somewhere I can hide, most likely my back or maybe my shoulder. If it's a quote (hey let's post some good quotes!) then Probably on my arm, inside my arm, or m back.

well I have been trying to come up with a good tattoo and have some stuff in Illustrator only problem is I only have it at school, and I am going to be on spring break for two weeks. When I get back if you still haven't picked something I mite try and do more. But, as for quotes ugh.... I will try to think of some. Oh I just got something get a quote in cursive on your ribs/side.

My favorite is probably Jack. I am a very honor-oriented person, and I can never let go of things, and I make sacrifices that are sometimes in vain. Plus I have a crappy relationship with my father. All the best cowboys...

That sounds pretty awesome :-) I don't know why I didn't think of that. Any suggestions for a graphic of some sort? I'm a film major, not really religious (agnostic), and love Lost. I am like I said rather honor driven, and align myself with the artistic/poet type folk. So if you can think of a lost related thing, that would be bad ass. I'm going to play with "Live Together, Die Alone" in Illustrator.

I hope "you´ll" come up with something , because to me, its the personal reason to wear a tatoo, not so much the style, so e.g. if u picked Cartman for very specific reasons (reminds me of me beloved pa or somthing) then I´d consider that way more cool than some fancy customised Lost Logo, but I´, sure you´ll find something on your own, film majors are suposed to be creative CHeers and good luck oLO |
