This all came as a surprise to me. I was anticipating the 6th gen iPod. Hadn't heard much about it, then *BAM!* I saw an ABC News video yesterday stating that Apple would unveil information about the new iPod at 9:00 this morning. After I woke up today, I raced to my computer to see the good news on apple.com. I think I was drooling! ;D I hope I get a 16 GB iPod Touch for Christmas. I hope I hope I hope!

For a little while, I was debating about whether I would get a 160GB "classic" or a 16GB "touch" and I just can't argue with 160GB, even if it doesn't have touch screens or Wi-Fi.

Those are amazing.  Now I'll have to decide, 160 gig without Jay and Jack forums, or 16 gig with them. |

I've heard the touch's screen is a downgraded version than that of the iPhones. Doesn't handle the blacks as well. What I want is a 16 gb iPhone - I'm thinking they'll announce before Christmas.

Is the iPod touch worth it? Yeah it basically rocks but there is the screen issue thing. Hopefully that will get fixed soon and I will go and have mine replaced. But everything works perfectly. And it is easy to type on.
