lol. I used to want to play flute along with violin, but I did piano for a while. But I stopped taking piano because between that and violin lessons were $400 a month, not including my sisters cello and guitar lessons. She dropped guitar, but now she's going back to that, and dropping cello and she's gonna pick up voice lessons.

Sounds like a musicians family, half of mine are too. Dutch uncle is prime vio on the dutch nat. Orch, both cousins did vio and piano, aunt is a pianist grampa used to fiddle and sax around on xmas eve. I myself neglected the necessaru training after 12 years of edu and switched to electronical dance music production for a decade. Now back in filmscore I need to relearn lots of the class. Composition techniques(friggin choral voicing).

Wow. My sis and I are musical. That's pretty much it. My mom use to take piano lessons, but she had to stop, she wasn't that good at it anyway. My dad use to play trumpet and guitar, but never got good at those either. I've played cello for 4 years, acoustic guitar for 5 years, and classical guitar for the last 4.

for starters( an ancient party microphone thing actually) plug ur headphones into the audio in port of ur computer, now the left headhone speaker should function as a recording membrane ,sound quality might be a lil yucky. Else, in case u had some CD audio files, just import them ,drop me an email and I can host them for a bit if u like , I´ve got a couple of bits left to store audio online, so dont be shy.

built in mic should do, at least for the basic operation of recording  I`m very bad with windoof but if u are on a mac I oculd guide u thorugh the setup oLO |
