"a condiment in australia" hahaha - its a spread, like peanut butter, jam, marmite, promite etc... if you know of promite or marmite, thats what vegemite is most like (because promite is a ripoff of it)... its a black spread, tangy, salty, made from concentrated yeast extract - internationally we're known for trying to make people eat it because usually they don't like it coz they either spread too much or don't use butter/margarine on the bread/toast
