i've been looking for this comic for a while. it sums up my opinion on the newb/noob problem. i think that you should be welcoming to newbs, but noobs need no forgiveness. here's the comic that explains it. i consider this one pg-pg13, but other comics on this site are extremely mature, so view at your own risk.
