The sentence above is German but contains a lot of Grammar and spelling mistakes. I try my best.
The first part has different meanings depending on the context. If your friend talks about school or college it means "They test our knowledge each day." If it's about soldiers on the streets or the police it means "They are checking our identity papers each day."
The second part means "They are very unfriendly."
