was amazing!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D here's a synopsis of events:
Poets & Pornstars (local LA band) - pretty good
Atreyu - i've never heard a song by them before, bahhh they were bad
Buckcherry - awesome! haven't heard them either but they were pretty good
Rise Against - boooo
30 Seconds to Mars - songs weren't that great, kind of boring
Papa Roach - pretty good, not a huge fan though
Avenged Sevenfold - boooo, sound like atreyu
Muse - awesome band, songs kind of sound the same though
Alice In Chains - EXCELLENT. one of my favorite bands, new singer is awesome!!!! and then freakin Chester from Linkin Park came out and sang "Man In The Box" with them!!!!
after AIC we had an hour long break. at 10:00 the crowd was pumped for Gun N' Roses (best band ever)
at about 10:15, no GN'R, people started throwing bottles.
10:30 - everyone was throwing bottles, moshing everywhere, huge fires
10:45 - huge fires about every 10 feet, people moshing in fires, throwing things on fire
10:50 - still no GN'R, people start to leave when all of a sudden, the riff from "Welcome to the Jungle" starts, and you hear a piercing scream "Do you know where the F*** you arrrrreeee?!?!?!?!?!" the crowd goes INSANE. Guns N' Roses was easily the best performance i have seen in my life.
