every time is try to download the podcast it says.........there was a problem downloading. an unknown error occurred(416). please check that the URL is correct and the connection to the network is active and try again................i don't know what this means. i can download other podcast(ex: jay and jack ramble cast) and songs and videos but not the jay and jack podcast. it only started to do this with the new itunes. the little circled exclamation point is also on the right hand side on the postcasts that i cant download. can someone help me and tell me whats going on with my computer?

Well, the little exclamation point on the side of the podcasts that you cant download means that the podcasts couldnt update successfully and that usually means that the network cable was disconnected somehow.  Try restarting your computer and disconnecting the ethernet cable and then reconnecting it. |
