Matt,
ACL was awesome. You live close enough you should go next year! I'm not just saying this because you have the Jack White pin, but The Raconteurs were the best thing I saw at ACL. I camped out in one spot in the hot sun crowded by people for 8 hours to be on the front row, and it was totally worth it. I guess a lot of good thinks have Jack in them... Jack on Lost, Jay and Jack podcasts, 2 Jacks in Raconteurs, and Jack in the Box!

I'm telling you as soon as I finish uni, I'm going hippie to see as many gigs as I can. I'd love to see The Raconteurs, but, I prefer the Jack/Meg dynamic. But I'm sure the show was great - Jack White was there!  I may even be able to visit Austin this semester... its is a mecca for indie music, so I won't have to travel too much. ;D Oh, and EXALT! for getting to see The Raconteurs live! +1!  |

Thanks for the exalt Matt. I was a White Stripes fan and a Brendan Benson fan. So I am a Raconteurs super fan! I Love it! Austin was great. It was music 24/7. Afterall it is the live music capital of the world. There was even live music at the airport. Waterloo on 6th was an amazing record store. You have to check that out when you go.
