1. Get a video camera 2. place said video camera on a table facing you 3. turn camera on 4. record podcast 5. get hosting somewhere. (im sure this is the serious part you were asking about). there's a lot of places that will host ya, but if you're trying to do this for free just google free video hosting, there's lots of sites. most of these have low limits or don't provide direct url links, so theyre not ideal. but you can get a nice server for 9.99/mo from various companies

Yes. step 5 was the one I was having trouble with.
Do you guys know of any video hosters, that you would suggest? Maybe something like youtube?

youtube for a podcast? That would be crap.
Why don't you ask Jay where he hosts his stuff? That would probably be a good place.

Check out Libsyn.com, and Hipcast.com both are good services, and I use them both for our Podcasts, and Vidcasts. Just make sure if you sign up with Hipcast sign up for the Unlimited bandwidth it makes a difference especially when it comes to uploading and hosting video. PS. Its good to see you back Frodo Freak
