I would have to say terminator. Robocop still has that small human part (in the head) and moves slow. Any of the Terminators (especially the T-1000) would destory Robocop in minutes. But it would be bloody... Oily? They would both spill a lot of liquid.
These are sounding more and more like the old WWWF Grudge Matches (http://www.grudge-match.com/History/index.html)... SO, I will steal one from them for my next one...

Most definitely the chiuauas- they could all like jump on the rottweiler and bite him like crazy, and if he threw 'em off there'd be a ton more right there and they'd all be like arf arf arf! and he'd be like ROAR! but they'd all kill him. Okay, anyways...
