I started a thread on the Lost board over at TV.com, and these are the top ten best responses I've gotten so far.
10. When you read or watch "Harry Potter" you are reminded of Sawyer and his glasses. ("Dude, someone steamrolled Harry Potter!")
9. You think that Major League Baseball is somehow associated with the Dharma Initiative because you found out that there are 108 stitches in a baseball.
8. When you watch LOTR and you start singing "You All Everybody" to yourself.
7. You play the lottery with the lost numbers.
6. You hope that Dharma cereal hits your local grocery store this summer.
5. You own a Hieroglyphics dictionary, just in case.
4. When you're scared, you count to five.
3. You are suddenly very suspicious of French chicks, Virgin Mary statues, and people named Ethan.
2. You spend more time watching episodes in slow motion then you do at regular speed.

Here a few from that thread that deserve honorable mention:
Even though you have the DVD box set, you still have episodes downloaded on your hard drive because it makes it easier to cue up desired scenes.
You download the song "You all Everybody" off the internet.
You frantically search for the music featured on lost.
You randomly yell at people "Don't tell me what I can't do!"
You name your dog Vincent.
You have a typed out theory in your documents folder that you update after every new episode.
You know all the words to "You all Everybody", but only sing it in falsetto.
