I think the shoe-size systems are a bit different in sweden and the US.

size 42 shoe.... daaang that's huge... i dont think they make those. that'd be like a meter long Hehe... I'm amused by the fact that you used the metric system for describing how huge the shoe would be, but did you know that we (most of Europe) have a different shoe size measurement too? I think 42 is about 9 in US sizes.

Paul McCartney was born in 1942 Ah, man! I wish I could change my vote. When was Jimmy Page born? If 42 is a size 9 in the U.S., then I'm a 42 as well. Wow, that's kind of sad. You're a 30 year old guy and I'm a 13 year old girl and we have the same shoe size.

You're a 30 year old guy and I'm a 13 year old girl and we have the same shoe size. Jimmy Page was born in 1944, so almost 42, but not really. I checked a shoe size conversion chart and saw that 42 is actually 8½ (male shoes) which would convert into a 10 in women's shoes. How come you have different sizes depending on sex?
