Are you in the messed up month in Vancouver or are you in Toronto where they have stolen Vancouver's +100 If any Americans are reading this I have no idea what that is in Fahrenheit, Fahrenheit doesn't make sense to me. Basically Celsius if it's cold its negative if its warm it's positive, so simple!
We used to have to learn metric conversions when I was in school because we were supposed to change over to the metric system, but it never happened. Anyway, +10 degrees C would be around 50ish F. (O degrees C = 32 degrees F.)
