Hey Sponge,
What is your take on all the stuff being said about Bellamy, Riise and the rest of the team? I heard today that Benitez has fined 15 of the players. Do you think this will affect how they play against Barca?

I'am not going to say get Bellamy out and say things about this are the worst thing to happen, like people are jumping the gun, wait until at least we know from the official website or for the players/manager mouth.
I would hate to think this is true about Bellamy and Riise, because this would not go down lightly, Bellamy for me, IF THIS IS TRUE would have to go or if he stay he would never have my or the fans respect ever again.
For me this was a bad move to go to Portugal in the first place, this is most properly Bellamy and Pennants first abroad holiday with the team and were easily lead, but Dudek and Fowler should know better...again IF THIS IS TRUE.
I don't think this should effect us tommorow...

Barcelona 1-2 Liverpool ;D  Craig Bellamy celebrates Liverpool's equaliser at the Nou Camp Craig Bellamy and John Arne Riise both scored as Liverpool shocked holders Barcelona at the Nou Camp in the first leg of their Champions League tie. ------------------------------------------- Great result!, beating them is a greast cou, but remember this is only half way though, we now need to bring them back to Andfeild...What a game!

Great game for you guys, very ironic that Bellamy and Riise get the goals.
Arsenal were very disappointing losing 1-0 to PSV.
Other results:
Real Madrid 3 Bayern Munich 2-amazing match to watch, probably the most exciting of all the matches, I think Bayern getting the late goal might put them as favorites to move on, but I wouldnt put it past Real to go on either
AC Milan 0 Celtic 0- a little bit disappointing for Milan, but I think they win it at home
Manchester Utd 1 Lille 0- personally I feel Lille were unlucky not to win this, as they got the goal called back, which was questionable, and the Man Utd goal was also questionable. I think that unfortunatly Man Utd will easily move on
Inter 2 Valencia 2- Bad luck for Inter as they really dominated this match, Valencia only had about 3 good chances and they took 2 of them. I think Valencia might move on now, because of the 2 away goals, but Inter are a very good team that should be able to get back in this.
Chelsea 1 Porto 1-Okay match, Terry getting injured again is really going to hurt Chelsea, as they tend to concede alot of goals without him. They should be able to win at home to go through though
AS Roma 0 Lyon 0-Tough match, not many chances for either side. The 11 yellow cards were a bit ridiculus, as were a few of the other calls. Lyon are probably favorites to move on now, but I really hope Roma does

Great result for Liverpool ;D ;D I am so happy we won and getting not only one but two away goals is definetly going to help. Barca are a great team though so we hopefully (and it doesn't sound like we will) won't underestimate them at Anfield in two weeks.
The Real Madrid V Bayern game was a really great game! After that David Beckham definetly earned the right to be recalled to the England lineup for their next game.
