I heard The Pretender on the radio. It's alright. Then the other day I heard the ending of another new one by them. The station's got bad reception but I know the guy said "Foo Fighters" and "song of the week"... On iTunes, I think, but this week it's some country thing. Maybe it's coming up..? *shrug*

I like this new single they released because it reminds me so much of oldschool Foo Fighters, which isn't much of a suprise, since David Grohl brought back producer Gil Norton for their new album. Gil Norton worked with Foo Fighters on The Colour and the Shape, one of the best albums of all time in my opinion.

Foo Fighters can do hardly any wrong in my opinion. The first album was kind of weak, but that was basically a bunch of demos. All of their albums have been incredibly strong. I'm not a fan of the acoustic disc of In Your Honor, but the guy is a great songwriter. Definitely one of my favorite all time bands - can't wait for the new album and tour.
