I'm personally very partial to Dark Angel, even though I'm critical enough to know it wasn't the greatest show. I can't help it; I just love this show. Dark Angel always tops my personal list of favourites.
Also! Firefly, Veronica Mars, Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Office (I've only seen the US one so far), Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Oh yeah, and Lost (especially season one).
I feel I am forgetting something. I always am forgetting things when I don't have my DVD shelf around to look at. And right now I don't.

Dramas: LOST Sopranos Battlestar Galactica (New Version)
Comedy: Coupling (BBC) Seinfeld The Office (both versions) Scrubs
*On Coupling: If none of you have ever seen this great show, go buy it!!!!! You can get the complete series (4 seasons) for around 100 U.S. dollars. Seasons 1-3 are the best, but I promise you, you will be peeing your pants every single episode.

Lost is probably my favorite show, but SK got me into Veronica Mars and I also love Seinfeld, Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm, CSI (the original), The 4400, and The Office (US).

Oh eys, forgot, Alias is good, I like Alias too, only I feel like a loser putting it on my top shows list for some reason. I feel somewhat lame putting Lost on there too, for some reason. I don't know why... And yet I don't feel the least bit like an uber dork having Dark Angel top my list. I have no idea what the heck is wrong with me. I think I might like Alias more than Lost... but sometimes I like Lost more than Alias. Of course, shows like Firefly and Avatar are better than both of them, in my opinion. And Lost fandom rules over Alias fandom anyday. I tried to join into online discussion for Alias, and everyone was a jerk to me. Lost fans are just awesome. I think the fandom experience can hugely enhance one's experience of a show, whether it is online fandom or in person. When trying to decide which shows are the best shows, I don't know how much my personal fandom experience should come into play in my evaluation, and how much I should judge just based on pure quality of the show. Maybe you guys have some thoughts on this. In any case, I'm in a rambley mood today, so I'm sorry for clogging up this topic, but I watch a lot of TV, so... yeah. I have a lot of thoughts.

I thought the first 3 seasons of Alias were awesome, but the last season seemed a little weaker. Still a great show.
FYI: David Anders aka Julian Sark on Alias is in talks to be on season 2 of Heroes.
I almost forgot this show Wonderfalls. You may not remeber it, for Fox only aired 3 episodes before it cancelled it. Really an amazing show with a great story arc thoughout the show. Also, the main guy in it could be Jack Shepard's little brother. I highly suggest everybody check it out.
