I finally watched the entire series this week. I had previously only seen Season 3 (starting with episode 5).
The show is fantastic. Almost as good as Arrested Development. My brother bought the series 1 & 2 set of the British Office. I'm disappointed....

So far I like the new episodes but dont LOVE them. I like that there is a little more drama in the show but if it means less jokes, which i think is the case in the first 2 episodes, then I'll be disappointed.

I think it's still really good, but not as good as I was expecting. Maybe I was expecting too much. Last season was the first season that I watched all the way through. It was the first time I really got it. I had tried before to watch a couple, but didn't think it was that funny. Although when I was reading comments on a recap on EW.com of the last show, I realized there were a lot of funny parts. But I agree with what many of the people there said, which was that the going into the lake and going back to the law firm to get the basket back, seemed over the top even for Michael and Dwight. I am watching it again right now, and it is still funny, it's still one of the funniest shows on TV.

I think Season 2 was the peak for me. I liked season 1, but I LOVED season 2. It was pure comedy. Then in season 3, they did the whole love triangle thing and now they're doing the drama thing. I just want to laugh. I don't give a crap about who's with who.

I really liked the second episode a lot - despite the whole gift basket thing, which was sort of painful to watch...The car in the lake thing was great, so was Kelly pretending she was pregnant and Creed trying to look younger. I didn't like the first episode as much - liked it, but didn't love it.
I really hope that the Dwight pranks start again, or I'm going to be sad!

I don't think I stopped laughing for the entire time Kelly was on the screen last week. I actually said, "Oh Kelly..." in the same tone as one would say "Oh Michael..."
I actually love the whole relationship thing, and the way it has been playing out so far. Pam and Jim are too cute, and I just know they are going to break my heart. Or at least the TV version of my heart. Part of me wants that to happen seasons from now, and part of me can't wait because I know it will be awful and somehow still manage to be funny. For now I am content to watch the hijinks ensue, however.
I can't believe Michael managed to get into a car accident two weeks in a row, and yet I can't bring myself to really be surprised. And then blaming it on the technology! It is all almost too brilliant, I can't help but wonder if he even did it on purpose? Mostly I think, "nah! Couldn't be!" but I can't help but wonder.
Ryan. Is. Awesome. He is so awful, and I can't wait to see more!

The issue Michael has of needing to be liked was mentioned directly. I don't like that. Things need to remain subtle. That's what makes it The Office. Tomorrow night's episode is another hour long one. Just goes to show that you can have too much of a good thing.

The last episode was the best so far. Anytime Andy sings its the higlight of my TV watching night. I'm still undecided about the more dramatic elements of this season but i must say that the last episode probably had the best dramatic effect so far.
