Jane Austen - Northanger Abbey Had it lying around a while; was one of the few of her that I hadn't read yet.... Didn't like it as well as her others, but then it was a parody of a book that's not really around anymore, and it's hard to jugde a parody without knowing the original. Emma's always brrn my favorite of Austin's. My favourite of her is still Pride and Prejustice ;D just too cute! hehe....

Just finished Little Women yesterday and cried my eyes out. I forgot how much I love that book. Kay, if you haven't read Mansfield Park by Austen, I would suggest that. It is my favorite Austen book.

Got me "Cell" and its great. Despite owning a cell since 1994 I never "adored" my device, like some people do. The book does feel like a renewed version/ or a pre-ambel to the Stand. But with "Zombies" of course
and I once again noticed, reading King in the Original is not only a dictionairy exercise to me non native speaker, but feels very familiar too.
2nd main chapter done, and things get going. oLO PS: In some isntances I had to laugh hard because of certain phrases in the book like " was it a man or smoke....." - " when the street lights finally turned on, they knew, they werent Lost" ...guess I`m a lost - addict after all

I am reading Night Shift by Stephen King. The greatest collection of short stories ever. I still have bad dreams from Graveyard Shift. Rats. *shudder*

Not so long ago I finally, FINALLY finished "Wolves of the Calla", 5th book from the Dark Tower series by Stephen King! It seriously took my like 2 years or something to plough through that stuff! Not that it was a bad story or something, but somehow I had hit a roadblock or something dunno. Just couldn't get thru it. Now it's finished, and the 6th one is done for too (in like a week) and now I'm at the last book of the series called "The Dark Tower". Can't wait to see where it goes and how it all ends! I can recommend this saga! 6 books, several thousands of pages, but I'm sure it'll be worth it!
