I like the 7/7/07 idea. Comeon people its a perfect day for the book to come out! Its a Saturday, during the Summer, and has lots of 7s to go with book 7!

I also agree Snape is the baddest good guy from the Order. But he better turn out to be good and not just acting on his bitter whims.
Well, it would be more memorable, I agree, but and not to sound like Jack but, they're just numbers! I know Jo has a title, but has the 'Do Not Disturb' sign come back on again...I don't think so. I care more about the actual book than the marketing plan. Does Scholastic even need one? But she's probable more than halfway through now, so I expect the title to be released soon. She may announce it when she comes to New York later this summer.

Haha yea all they don't need to do any marketing. That would be awesome if she did announce it in New York. You know how crazy the pcast and mcast will be! They would go crazy since they are there. ;D I think it has

Thanks for the screencap...I love her site! That would be cool if it could be part of the Lost Experience! Yeah right....there's enough to think about with HP as it is. A Lost/HP crossover would FRY our brains!
I'm so jealous! I wanna move to New York. Its the center of the art world, Melissa is so lucky she lives there.

About the Audiobooks
As the obsessive twit I am, I have both the American and British versions of the Audiobooks and they are both really well done. Personally I like the American ones better, but that’s completely because of Jim Dale. The guy reads it like you are listening to a radio drama. He knows when to pause and when to keep going, he does different voices for EVERY character, and has won several major awards (including Grammys) for his readings of the Harry Potter books. Very much worth the money.
The British ones are also well done, and have the bonus of the native accent, but Stephen Fry doesn’t do all the voices and things that I think add a lot to the presentation. His reading is impeccable and he knows how to tell a story very well though, so they still very worth listening to, but I like the slightly more performance style of the American one a little better.

I have the audiobooks for the first 5 and I completely love them! Jim Dale was excellent!
Matt do you have any ideas for a topic?

No...I was just thinking about the conncections Lost/HP have...like the Whispers. I know they discussed this on Pottercast...but its confusing. Since there were benches in that room with the vial, that implies people must have just sat there and listened. Much like the people who download Audacity to make out what the voices are saying. Is it relavent? What are the voices trying to tell the outside world, if anything?

That veil is confusing. I think its a portal to the afterlife and the whspers are from well the dead people.
Does anybody have any ideas for tomorrow's topic!?!?!?!!?!?!?

Here's a random one: Tonks!
