+354 to Michael as promised for your good deeds for the homeless We actually do it every Tuesday. They have a jar at their apartment that people put change in and use it to buy food like snacks, water, and stuff to make sandwiches. We also get socks and gloves. We even crochet beanies and scarves. From their place in El Cajon we walk a couple miles and end at the court house. Usually we have anywhere from 8 to 15 people and split in up to three different groups. I'm sad though because I can't keep doing it when school starts because I have class from 7-10pm.

One of my cousins is a flight attendant. He usually flies from Charlotte NC to NYC. Good thing yesterday was his day off...that was his plane. I'm glad he was not on the plane. I think this is a huge miracle. Everything just worked out perfectly. The calm weather, the pilots that were perfect for the job. I have to agree with Locke, it's fate not coincidence. Ha ha, only Lost fans can connect a plane crash like this to Lost.

Ha ha, only Lost fans can connect a plane crash like this to Lost. I think you spoke a little too soon - found this on TVGuide.com: (they were counting down top moments of the past few days) 1. Best Made-For-Hollywood Breaking News: We're amazed that everyone aboard survived the "Miracle on the Hudson" plane crash. Of course, those of us who are entertainment-obsessed immediately started taking stock of the story's Hollywood-y elements: The hero pilot with nerves of steel. The happy ending that calls out for a John Williams score. And don't forget ... the similarities with Lost? Think about it: A plane crashes. Passengers survive against the odds. They recover from the crash on an island, inhabited by strange characters, where incredible things happen. Are New Yorkers "The Others?" We're not sure. But we do know they're grateful to be part of a feel-good breaking news story for the first time in months.

Don't know how New Yorkers take being called "strange creatures" but I'd be a little careful investigating any undiscovered hatches.

Guys we have a problem. My friend just wrote THIS: "my hate for tina fey has somewhat dissapated" on my Facebook wall. How can we teach him a lesson. This can not be taken lightly!!! (The thing that made his *shudder* "hate dissapate" was this video: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=AzusuXSj8Y0)Exalt-A-Coll

Spent the weekend moving furniture and going through boxes deciding what to keep and what to throw out (accumulated a lot in 19 years) and have very sore muscles. Was finally relaxing on the newly moved couch when our studio manager calls and asks if I can go lock up the studio at 10 pm. She was supposed to do it but ended up having to babysit her niece. Said okay, I would go, but would not have any makeup and would be in mismatched sweats. Shouldn't be a problem since the clients should already be gone. Get there, clients are still there, but not the ones I thought. No notes on whether they had paid AND the lobby and one of the studios had what looked like muddy footprints. Of course it is the studio where the first booking is in the morning. Start cleaning up (was only supposed to go lock up, 5-10 min tops) and discover it isn't mud, but TAR!!!! Took 4 different cleaners and 2 different mops. Next time I better think twice before agreeing to something like that!

I am just proud of you for doing it when you can I gave a homeless guy that was on a corner a couple of bucks one day and he said "bless you, now I can get a Big Mack" sometimes I think we can forget how blessed we are that we can just go to our cupboards and get something to eat and know that we have a roof over our heads and a warm bed to sleep in. When I see the homeless I always think, But by the Grace of God that could be me, and I am thankful that it's not. So thank you Michale for doing your part to help.
