there is about ten of us so its a republic Actually, having a council doesn't make a country a repubilc. Jay has the main power, and nothing and no one can take it from him. He also has a council that, while they're elected, he still has full power to control w/e he wants. In a republic the full extent of the power rests within the hands of the citizens. This is kinda a mix between a republic and a dictatorship called a Constitutional Monarchy, tho technically jay could override the RV's if he wanted to (tho thus far he's treated most decisions democratically) so it's really a dictatorship, which acts as a constitutional monarchy. |
