Hey, nice find JLSK. Hmm..about the Confidential Memorandum: It talks about a beverage and a pschotropic compound disguised in it. For some reason this brings to mind the drink Ethan gave Claire from that canteen of his, but then I guess the date wouldn't really match up would it, July 21. Plane crashed in September and Claire was kidnapped around the 17th day after the crash (according to Sledgeweb's LOST site). Maybe the drink was a prototype of what Dr. Hackett made? Thought this was interesting, I wasn't sure of what pschotropic meant, so I looked it up, it means: 1.Having an altering effect on perception, emotion, or behavior. Used especially of a drug. 2. Interesting -
So if you go and track down all the stuff about Hackett, you see that he now works for the EDC in Georgia (in 2006 - 2 years later), and that Mel0Drama is an employee of his punished for asking too many questions by being forced to work in the archives at the EDC. Mel0Drama hooks up with Rachel Blake to try and whistle blow on the EDC and Hackett, but first Rachel wants Mel0 to prove his/her loyalty by hosting one of her videos on Mel0's secure server where he keeps all his/her evidence on EDC. Later on he helps Rachel Blake host a video on Sublymonal.
Sublymonal - Sprite - beverage tied to a campaign about how sprite blows your mind and your reality - hmmmmm.... (especially when you add in the pun about "fruitful" in Sumo memorandum - lime=fruit)

That does makes a lot of sense, Sublymonal being the beverage with that compound in it..I think you're on to something.
Oh, and I just noticed this: Sublymonal . There's our Project Sumo?

Oh, I'm certain there will be bars there - it will be interesting to see what else is tied to this. It's too much effort to just have it be bars - maybe a hidden glyph in the packaging? Maybe Rachel showing up? who knows...

Maybe evil is a synonym for the word NANITES! There's NANITES in the CHOCOLATES!!!
