I tried to isolate the woman in the picture and photoshop it but I can't recognize her.

And Chip.. Santa Rosa is a town in California, but it's not really near Cal Tech. At least a couple hours away. Besides, I thought the mental hospital was in Sydney?
Either way, the game is not supposed to rely on information from the show, so I'm not sure it would tie in that closely.

Yeah to get the clock to change to OBEY I had to change the clock on my computer, there's a bunch of threads out there that say different times that you can change it to. Far as I can tell they all work.

Kellie,
I'm actually from NorCal, I've been to Santa Rosa. From what I've seen of the hospital from the show it is not actually in Santa Rosa. I think that it is just a name for it.
Maybe this is just because it is all filmed in Hawaii. But I really don't think it's in NorCal.

2 things -
1. Has anyone thought about why the only 2 actual signatures you have on that exec. page are Hanso's and Mittle....whatever's? I don't know anything about handwriting comparison or anything but I think that's pretty important and wondered if anyone else did.
2. In the Bad Twin book I don't want to give the plot completely away but this does so if you don't want to know don't read the below part.....
The book is about one twin who (supposedly) wants to kill his brother because his brother is older by like 12 minutes and therefore the brother is the "heir apparent" (that is in the book, kind of a lot) to the family fortune.

Added all of this to the Wiki - some people had already added quite a lot (good job!), so it was mostly adding in a few extra things and cropping/downsizing images to not be huge.

There we go - I have updated my page with pictures from the Mittlewerk page, check it out: lost.karlqvist.nu and click mittelwerk_1.swf in the middle section. I have also added the information from the www.sublymonal.com site there.

Here is a recap for the latest hidden section of the Hanso site that went live today. This section starts out with the clock found in the upper left of the site. First reports say that it changes when the time hits “16:42”, notice the use of the numbers, however, it is possible that the link opens whenever the time consists of two of the numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42. However, according to koralis from the Fuselage, it's easier than that. The link is on a timer, which triggers on the 15th or 42nd minute of every hour. I tested this out, and sure enough, the link activated at 9:42, 10:15, and 10:42. Basically it triggers once every half hour. If you happen to be logged on to the Hanso site at the appropriate time, simply click on the clock when it reads “OB:EY”. Once you click on the clock, a window pops up with the link to: www.sublymonal.com. When the main screen loads, you will have six screens arranged in a dharma pattern. Starting from the top, simply click the screens in corresponding order according to the numbers: 4 8 15 16 23 42. As you open each screen, the screens will rotate counter-clockwise until you open all the screens. Once you have opened all the screens, the six screens start to spin, and fly away. Then the following screen loads. Click on the hidden link under: “Sublymonal Message Unlocked”. The link takes you to the “Executive Bios” page. Open the Thomas Mittelwerk page, and enter the password: “heirapperent” into the login next to his picture, and you will be taken to a hidden page. Message written at the top of the document: Cal tech has no record of this guy in their Alumni database. He’s never made a tuition payment. Does he even have a college degree? Why does he call himself a “doctor”? Of what? Who is this clown??

First reports say that it changes when the time hits “16:42”, notice the use of the numbers, however, it is possible that the link opens whenever the time consists of two of the numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42. Although I haven't had a chance to test this theory yet, if it is correct, then other possible times could be: 04:04 08:04 15:04 16:04 23:04 04:08 08:08 15:08 16:08 23:08 04:15 08:15 15:15 16:15 23:15 04:16 08:16 15:16 16:16 23:16 04:23 08:23 15:23 16:23 23:23 04:42 08:42 15:42 16:42 23:42 Some of the above times are true, but in fact the clock changes to OB:EY every hour at 15 and 42 minutes past (so you just missed it)... But you can change your computer clock to test it... Oh, by the way - great job doing the recap!
