Cool posts on the first two. I saw the same log-in thing when I used my log-in and that password on the hanso site. When I go back now it just tells me there are no new messages... so I guess I have to keep checking back. heh
As for the Widmore site... don't get too excited about this one. It has all the signs (or lack there of, actually) of being a fake site. This is not an offical site, but a fan made fake out. There are a lot of these.

Hey hey!
I don't really know if this has anything to do with anything, but as I was watching the last episode Two for the Road I noticed that Ana-Lucia gave Michael the combination to the armory very slowly, as if she wanted us to notice and remember it. It was 18R-1L-31R. Don't know if this is or will be used for anything, but I just wanted to write it down for the record and so that we don't forget it (I will now throw away the note I wrote it down on).

On the first document revealed on the Hanso site, Alvar Hanso and Co. are being threatened by the “Director General” of GlobalHealthConsortium. However the next document is a sort of retraction. But this time it was sent by “ACTING Director General” Peter Thompson. DUN, Dun, dun… the same one that’s on the board of directors as the Hanso Foundation. Maybe that’s what the red type meant by “the Hanso Foundation, setting world speed records for subverting authority.” Meaning that Hanso and Co do a hostile take-over of companies or organizations that oppose them. Does that make sense? it’s 3 am and I’ve been up for 20 hours now… anyways *ding*.

October 28 does seem very important, under the ERI section, theres a photo of the Aurara Borealis, taken Oct 28 2001.

All of the login things mentioned about the Newsletter work with any user name - It remembers that you were there but not your username as far as I can tell - go try and type in anything and see if it does the same thing.

Yeah, and if you move to another computer and try to log in, it starts the thing all over again... Hell, even if you use the same computer (like my laptop) and try to log in from another network connection (like work or the coffee shot as opposed to home) it starts you over again. So the username is not a real network log-in or anything. It seems to be more of an IP or cookie related thing.

Ok, I just started messing with the site, and about every 15-20 minutes I get an audio overlay over the hanso site (which stays on even when i switch to another site...) It's a foreign guy, speaking english talking about acquiring aggro. Sounds like he's leading a group in a MMORPG. Towards the end of the audio message, another guy says something (can't remember what at the moment) and the original speaker gets very upset, cusses A LOT (more than he has been in this thing...) and then it ends... Has ANYONE else experienced this? It happened when I showed my coworker the site, signed up for the newsletter with the name 'irishguy53' It was weird, and freaked him out.
