I wonder what's up with all those dutch names? At least, they seem dutch to me. "Joop" is a very very very dutch name, it's very common in the Netherlands. I don't know if it's a Danish name as well, of course it could be, and I'm wrong ;D But the "Degroot" name is also a dutch name. It's actually "De groot" which literally means "The big/great" but it's just a very common dutch surname. Also, on the hansofoundation site, if you look at the Board of Directors, one of the names is "Vanderfield" again, a dutch name. If it would have been a dutch person, it would have been spelled "van der field", and "field" is either very old dutch, or English. Because "field" is not a dutch word, it's spelled "veld". ....I'm just being paranoid, aren't I? I just thought it was strange to see so many (kind of) dutch names .... Right, this post was pointless.

So - on the coding error image - the words "coding error?" was what I typed into the field. It is an empty text field that you can type into. In the image - the blue text is what I typed in for the screen shot.
Also, I am a couple versions out of date, but from what I remember about flash programming, having this kind of random box be sitting there by accident is something that is pretty common. It could be a text field that is used for something different on another page and the programmer was reusing the old page as a template and misssed deleting the little empty widget. Anyway, maybe it is an error, maybe it isn't as far as I can tell it does absolutely nothing (not even the processing and time out error), so I'm leaing towards it being a mistake.

Regarding the use of Dutch:
Well, Hanso is from that region of Europe, and I believe the foundation is also Dutch, right? So it makes sense that many of those associated with him are as well.

I agree that there are many names that sound Dutch, but come on - Hanso being from that region in Europe? Denmark and The Netherlands are quite far from each other... Hanso was Danish and the DeGroots probably had some roots in the Netherlands.
By the way - Joop is not a common (not even used at all) name in Denmark.

Well, not -that- far away from each other. I think Jack- means from the north/west region of Europe.

Does everyone see the flickering text on the Joop's corner page? It looks like the text is showing a picture or pattern with the flicker.

Just a quick note to nocternal beast - All the images I've been screen capping and cleaning up in photoshop I've just been uploading to imageshack.us - The main problem with image shack is that if there is too much traffic (bandwidth limit I think) on a particular image they will pull the image and make it unavailable. You posted links on thefuselage.com to these images, which is fine, but I've found any of my images I've put up on thefuselage quickly die because of traffic to the image. I'm going to upload the images to a google website I've set up which hopefully won't have any bandwidth issues. As soon as I get them up I will only be updating the images that are posted on the Wiki, so that when the images start to die they will still be preserved up on the wiki more permanently. I'll try and post any additional new images by hosting them on the google website instead to avoid this problem within the forum posts from this point on out.

Relooking at the links nocturnal beast put up, he had pulled them into his own area of image shack I guess, so it would not have killed the originals.
Either way, since they were all up on image shack and I don't want to lose them, I've updated the wiki with all images all hosted by google now.
Also, I've cleaned up the wiki formatting and added in any new info I've found on the boards.

I typed in go nuts to joop and went back to the rings. This time the red writing was smaller than before and a ladies voice read the words. They modified that part of the site about 6 est this morening. The red lettering has also changed. The quote in red was written differently when I looked at it. It was more like handwriting.

Ok - second letter is the response letter we all saw before - click the red circle and you get a nice animation and voice over - Red letters apear writing out what the voice over said. (see second image below: And the red letters: Mine was hand written, I think there is something to that note. The Hanso Foudation, setting world speed records for subverting authority. There's something awkward about it, I dunno - giant anagram? Code of some sort, I just can't take that statment at it's face value. Any code crackers read this give it a try.
