Well, if you don't want to be spoiled, just don't go to the spoiler section.

I REALLY wanna be spoiler free, but I don't think it will ever happen, lol I'm just so impatient so I always look at the spoilers and the ''insiderscoops''

My suggestion to you. With alll due respect, do we really need 4 threads on this? I just think the solution to stopping spoilers, is not reading them. Jay and Jack set up a good system for spoilers. You even have to highlight them in the spoiler section. So, if you do not like spoilers, simply, don't read them, let the peopel who like them read them, and you won't feel bad about reading them lol

Its seems like we need this thread now more than ever. Resist reading the spoilers for the next two episodes! Let the snake out of the mailbox when the producers decide to open it. Not by prying it open yourself and getting no satisfaction watching it unfold the way it was meant to be viewed at the end of the season finale. </mini-rant>
I have nothing against people who do read spoilers, to each his own.

I am giving up spoilers forever, to an extent. I (unfortunately) read the season finale synopsis, and as great as it was at first, now I am sad, because I spoiled myself. I think I will read general spoilers, but when it comes to specific episodes, I am gonna stay away. I need all your guy's help to get me through this. The first week is always the hardest!

I gave up spoilers about a month ago. It is such a hard thing to do. I respect anyone who tries to do it-i almost gave up. It is worth it though. It makes my entire lost experience so much better. I do watch the "next wednesday" thing at the end of an episode though. That doesnt really tell us anything. THe hardest is when im reading a magazine and all of the sudden it says something i DO NOT WANNA HEAR. whatever-ill live

I started to skim the finale spoiler and just skipped to the end with the big snake surprise, read just enough to realize I didn't want to know any more and am refusing to read any more until the finale.
Looking forward to it and don't want any of the surprises ruined...

I'm throwing my virgin Mary statues filled with spoilers back into the ocean.
one thing i don't want to happen with spoilers is for it to become like smokers and non smokers, vegetarians and non vegetarians. where the vegetarians and non smokers act like they're a separate, superior group of people, and start dissing the ones who aren't spoiler free. of course, everyone knows to respect others spoiler freedom, but a lot of spoiler free people need to respect others choices in spoilers. those who do read spoilers know that you think its better without spoilers, but they choose to anyway because they either cant stop, or don't agree with you.

Some people consider the promo for the following week to be a spoiler. Basically it is up to you, but if you want to discuss it on the forums prior to that next show airing, you should spoiler tag the text.
I'd say that if the promos are all you are seeing, you are still 100% bona-fide spoiler free, especially given how inaccurate the editing of them ends up being in relationship to the actual episode.

I made it. Anyone else going to go back and read ALL of the spoilers for this past season as a means of closure? I think I probably will...

Words can't express how glad I am that I didn't read/hear about any spoilers for the season finale. For the first time, next season, I'll be viewing the ENTIRE season spoiler-free.
