For those of you who didn't listen to the Official Lost Podcast, you might be interested in these little tidbits. Some are about the finale, some about next season -They were in some cold bunker at the end of the finale, not a plane -That was NOT Mathew Fox in the bunker -They were speaking Portuguese(sp?) -Damon and Carlton will be at a convention and reveal something about the LOST Experience -The thing on Jimmy Kimmel was (apparently) not just some gag Jimmy came up with, it was part of the LOST Experience -Season 3 will FINALLY answer why Locke is in his wheelchair -Kate, Sawyer, and Jack were taken for a reason, and we'll find out what their connection is -There will be more focus on the relationships of the characters than the mythology this year (BOOOO) -Kelvin Inman is Joe Inman, they just said Joe so TV Guide wouldn't ruin it -DHARMA has been there since the late 70s, but someone was there before them, and these people constructed the huge statue -During the time that the timer ran out and the magnet was on, the Island became visible to the outside world. This had happened once before, Sept 23, 2004 (Plane crash)
There's probably more, but my bro is listenin to the stereo really loud so i can't listen again. I'll update in a little while cuz im gunna listen again Also, They'll be on sept thru november for 6 weeks, then off til Feb thru finale

Yea, heard it last night. Makes waiting all summer for season 3 all the more painful. I'm thinking of chriogenically freezing myself next to Alvar Hanso until September.

I actually have to disagree. There was not enough character dev. or relationship in this season. What really made me realize that was the fact that Hurley didn't pummel the crap out of Michael, who most assuredly deserved it, regardless of his boy.

well, if ya listen to the podcast they explain why hurley didn't say anything to michael. It was originally in the script that hurley got all mad at him, and that jack explained the plan w/ sayid. But they cut that scene out because the audiance already knows. They said they now regreted cutting it out because the hurley being angry thing didnt get resolved.

and they were specific about the relationship developments being romantic too. They didn't feel that these people had known each other long enough to truly venture into that stuff, but now it's time.
please Lord more Sawyer scenes.....I don't care who he's with....

Yea, they did kinda plug that with Claire and Charlie, who only a few episodes ago were on the out and out, kissed. Maybe that means we could skip a month or two into the future, when Sun becomes more and more pregnant, and problems arise again between her and Jin.

I doubt we can skip a mouth or two. Alot happened in season two, and season two spanned over only 20 days or so..
I think we will see more relationships forming between these people. When you spend 65 days days with epople, day and night, night and day, you have to get close. Or you have to hate one another (whatever one comes first haha).
Part of what makes Lost so great is not just because of the mystory. If it wwere just the mystory, I would never waant to buy the DVDs, because I know what happens. Bu the other part is the characters, how complex these people are (Sawyer for exsample). It's really a character-driven story. o make it about the relationships, because as one wrriter for tv said, yyou might forget a plot, but characters stay with you (....he did babylon 5 and I'm to lazy to look it up....J.
